Shipping policy

Processing Time: 

The time required to prepare an order may vary. Custom orders will take a minimum of seven days. Candles are required to 'Cure' in order to get the best burn, and scent. The minimum is fourteen days, custom orders will be shipped with care information. 

Orders are usually shipped 5-7 days after 48-72 hours processing time. An email will be sent when the order is processed and has been shipped. 

I'll do my best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee them. Delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the postal office, I have no control. I will provide a tracking number. I am not responsible for any delays, re-routes or failed deliveries.
